Refund and Returns Policy

At HWG Organic Farm, we strive to ensure the quality and satisfaction of every order. However, due to the nature of our products, specific terms apply to refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies to non-perishable items only. For perishable items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.
For non-perishable items, such as packaged goods or skincare products, our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods: Fresh produce, organic foods, supplements, or any consumable product.
- Health and personal care items that have been opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by HWG Organic Farm).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at HWGOrganicFarmLimited@outlook.com.
Shipping Returns
Before returning a product, please contact us at HWGOrganicFarmLimited@outlook.com.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. HWG Organic Farm cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, organic food, supplements), we cannot accept returns or refunds unless:
- The item arrives damaged or spoiled.
- The wrong item was delivered.
If you encounter such issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at HWGOrganicFarmLimited@outlook.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
